Enterprise SaaS Agreement

01 Software License

StayStream Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our cloud-based **Hotel Management System**. This includes access to our **Dynamic Room Grid**, **Analytics Brain**, and **Housekeeping Automation** modules for your registered property.

02 Billing & Taxation

By using our **GST Engine**, you acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate tax settings. Our system will facilitate:

Generation of **Pro-ready GST Invoices** with Unicode Rupee (₹) support.
Processing of **Split Payments** (Cash, UPI, Card) for individual bookings.
Application of discounts while maintaining a transparent audit trail of original taxable amounts.

03 Compliance Responsibility

As a property owner, you are legally responsible for the data entered into the system for **Police C-Form Exports**. StayStream provides the technical tool to export this data for foreign guest compliance, but does not verify the accuracy of the underlying guest IDs.

Note: Our system uses **Soft Delete** logic to preserve historical cleaning and attendance logs for your legal protection.

04 Liability

StayStream Technologies (CIN: U72200KA2024PTC123456) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the **Front Desk Activity Feed** or other modules.
